On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Tokyo SME Support Center, in collaboration with the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM), an event was organized to promote cooperation between Thai and Japanese entrepreneurs in the application of modern technologies.

Event Title: Tokyo–Thailand Business Connecting 2026 Driving Industry with AI, DX and GX Date: January 29, 2026 Venue: Carlton Hotel Bangkok The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Dusit Anantarak, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM). In addition, Mr. Pattanaporn Saensomros, Vice President for Member Capability Development,

attended the event as a representative of the Thai Subcontracting Association, which served as a supporting network organization for this event.

The event featured panel discussions on industrial technologies, innovations in manufacturing technology, and new software applications used in factories and business management, presented by both Japanese and Thai entrepreneurs.
It also included networking activities to facilitate information exchange and relationship building among participants. This event marked an important step in expanding business networks and strengthening cooperation, while also reflecting the direction of Thailand’s social and industrial development toward the digital era. Many member companies of the Thai Subcontracting Association showed strong interest and participated in this event in large numbers.
